After a gruelling winter training regime, the Sonomatic Superstars braved the non-stop rain in Inverurie to run the Garioch 10k race on Sunday 21st March to raise money for MS Society Scotland. The Superstars managed to raise almost 2K for the charity with donations still coming in. They were inspired to run for this charity in aid of one their colleagues who suffers from this debilitating condition. The runners, Donna Stewart, Patricia Conder, Susan Osbeck, Chris Osbeck, Graham Marshall & Fiona Kemp – a mixture of Sonomatic staff and partners all ran the 10K in around the hour mark. The runners were all immensely pleased to get the run completed, especially for such a fantastic charity. Donna has this to say about the run “The Dandara 10K is a fantastic run with some challenging hills, but it was well worth it, I’m very happy with the amount we have raised so far and I’d like to thank everyone who donated to such a worthy cause”.
